This course is for anyone who is trying to conceive and feeling overwhelmed with advice and info and unsure about where to start. It is a practical and helpful interactive course which will help you to:

• understand your Menstrual cycle
• understand what is a normal cycle and spot any potential issues which might be impacting your fertility
• learn how to track your cycle with both basal body temperature charting and cervical mucus
  improve your fertility through diet, lifestyle, managing stress and exercise
• be clear on when and where to go for further testing, what tests to get done and how to go about getting them.
